Problem:Burner will not light with match

Possible cause 1:No gas flow.

-Check if the gas tank is empty.If empty,replace and refill.If the gas tank is not empty,refer to “problem:Sudden drop in gas flow”on the following.

解决方案：检查气罐是否是空的。如果是空的，请更换或者充气，如果气罐不是空的，请参考以下问题“燃气流量急剧下降或火焰高度下降”

Possible cause 2:Coupling nut and regulator not fully connected.

-Turn the coupling nut about one half to three fourths a turn,until you feel a solid stop.Do not use tools,tighten by hand only.

问题的可能性原因之二：     连接螺母和气罐接口没有完全连接好

解决方案：请旋转螺母，直至拧不动为止，请注意，只能用手去旋转，不能使用工具

Possible cause 3:Obstruction of gas flow.

-Check for bent or kinked hose.

Problem:The fire table emits a lot of black smoke when in use.

问题：使用火炉时表面产生大量黑烟

Possible cause 1:Hose from gas fireplace is pinched.

-Make sure the hose is not pinched between the fire table and the source of the gas.

问题的可能性原因之一：     软管被挤压

解决方案： 确保连接火炉及天然气的软管畅通

Possible cause 2: Flame is being obstructed at burner ports.

-Make sure that the gas ports on the burner are free of any lava rocks so that the flame can flow naturally.

解决方案： 确保炉头的出气口畅通，以确保火焰能自然展示

Problem:Sudden drop in gas flow,or a reduced flame height.

问题：燃气流量急剧下降或火焰高度下降

Possible cause 1:Out of gas.

-Call your local gas supplier.

Possible cause 2:Excess flow safety device may have been activated.

-Turn control knob to “OFF”, wait 30 seconds and light outdoor fireplace.If flames are still too low reset the excessive flow safety device by turning off the control knob and gas tank valve.Disconnect regulator.Turn burner control knob to “HIGH”.Wait 1 minute.Turn burner control knob off.Reconnect regulator and perform a leak check at tank connection.Turn gas tank valve on slowly,wait 30 seconds and then light outdoor fire table.

问题的可能性原因之二：燃气的安全保护装置被激活

解决方案：转动控制旋钮置于“OFF”状态，等待30秒，然后重新开启火炉。如果火焰仍高度不够，通过关闭控制旋钮和气罐阀门来重启流量过大保护装置。断开调节器，打开炉头控制旋钮到“HIGH”状态，等待一分钟，关闭炉头。重新连接调节器并检查气罐连接是否有泄漏，慢慢打开燃气管阀门，30秒后重新启动火炉

Problem:Irregular flame pattern,frame done not run the full length of the burner.

问题：火焰不规则，炉头没有完全燃烧

Possible cause:Burner ports are clogged or blocked.

-Clean burner ports.Do this by inserting a paperclip into each of the burner ports to ensure they are not clogged.

可能问题：炉头被堵塞或者受阻

解决方案：清理炉头端口，用曲别针检查清理每一个炉头出气口，确保没有被堵塞

Warning:Make sure burner is not on and the gas supply has been properly disconnected.Allow 15 minutes for unit to cool before touching it.

注意：确保炉头没有燃烧和燃气断开，冷却15分钟后才能触碰炉头

Problem:Frame blow out

问题：火焰熄灭

Possible cause 1:high or gusting winds.

-Increase flame to “HIGH”setting.

问题的可能性原因之一：风比较大

Possible cause 2:Low on gas

-Replace or refill the gas tank.

问题的可能性原因之二：燃气不足

解决方案： 更换或者给气罐充气

Possible cause 3:Excess flow valve tripped.

-Refer to “Problem:Sudden drop in gas flow”

解决方案：请参考另一问题的解决方法“燃气流量骤降”

Problem:Flame seems to lose heat when burning in cold weather-temperature below 50

问题：火焰在低于50华氏度的寒冷天气下有点失去热量

Possbile cause 1:Ice has built up on the outside of the gas tank because the vaporization process is too low.

-Turn the control knob and the gas tank to “OFF”.Replace with a spare gas tank and resume burning.Store the spare gas tank in a well ventilated area,away from children.

可能问题：因为蒸发过程太低，气罐外壁结冰

解决方案： 关闭控制旋钮，关闭燃气。更换另一气罐并重新启动燃烧。在远离儿童的地方储存备用燃气罐
